Superfreeze level port is a simple device to see actual levels in refrigeration system. It has reflex glass. When liquid is present behind glass, it appears dark. When vapor is present, it is light. The neck is provided long for ease of welding and insulation clearance for low temperature service. To see level clearly in frosting condition, Frost shield may be provided.APPLICATION: Superfreeze level port is suitable for ammonia, R22, R134a and other refrigerants. It can be installed on receivers, level columns, accumulators, intercoolers, suction lines, oil lines and liquid lines.

SUPERFREEZE Liquid Level controller types 38SLC are used to regulate the liquid level in a vessel or a flooded coil. The level controller consists of float chamber and an electronic controller. A level indicator module is also mounted on the controller consisting of LED’s operating in bar graph mode. The indicator display the rising and falling of liquid level inside the float chamber.APPLICATIONS: Liquid level controller 38SLC is used to regulate the liquid level for example:1. Flooded evaporates2. Low pressure pump tanks in pump recirculation systems3. Pump tanks in gas pump systems4. Intermediate coolers in two stage refrigeration plant5. Valves open wide for flow in the arrow direction on the valve body. Valves close quickly and reliable when flow reversal occurs. Plated bodies, stainless steel disc, and spring enable them to withstand expected industrial refrigeration conditions. Furthermore, these valves can be mounted in any position.APPLICATIONS: These in-line check valves are designed to provide refrigerant flow control to hot gas lines, liquid lines, compressor discharge lines, suction lines and hot gas heated drain pan. These valves are not recommended for slow speed compressor discharge lines or for any compressor discharge where a low-speed machine discharges into the same downstream header, or for use on side port suction lines on a screw compressor installation.
